Greetings,

In accordance with prophecy, the next scheduled meeting of the 2018 Eugene
Maker Space BoD will be held on Thursday, April 5th at 6:00 PM Pacific.

This is a call for agenda items. If you have any, please respond and they
will be added to new business.

The minutes of the previous board meeting are available for review here:

I would also like to discuss Member Storage, member owned tool storage/use
and enforcement of EMS policy, specifically, who has authority to enforce
the Governing Documents in relation to member storage and storage in
general.

Also perhaps the establishment of policy on acceptance of tools for
use/storage on site, and use of yellow/red tags tools and materials in
community space and whether those tools should be approved by the board
before space is taken for them.

After a recent issue of a member 'laying claim' to a donated-to-ems tool,
improvement idea for donations policy, maybe instituting a board appointed
person whose job it is to process items donated to the shop..determine what
may be useful to become EMS property, what should become pick-a-part,
what's trash/redonate/recycle.. things donated should maybe go into a
holding area until said person can process the donations. Possible 'donator
intent' tagging system so that 'any member' can accept donations from the
public, but they still get looked over before they become 'free for all'.
Similarly perhaps some understanding of a difference between 'things
donated to EMS intended to be used by EMS.. and what do we do with said
items if/when it's determined we can't use them? Return to donator? if the
item has become "EMS Property" do we have an obligation to obey the wishes
of the donator? - Addendum to this, we need an easy way for donation
receivers to give 'receipts' that donators can use for tax purpos
