Hey everyone,

We've been talking about reorganizing the shop for months, and I'm proud to
say that we've finally started. The social/classroom area is coming
together nicely, and we're ready to take on the bigger stuff.

First Project - Shifting Shtuff at the Shop

Next Tuesday, December 11th, we'd like to invite anyone who would be
willing to, to help us shift the shop tools and such around, to create more
focussed woodworking, metalworking, and CNC zones. In addition we can start
getting a handle on some of the overly duplicated big tools, making space

I wish I had had my phone at the shop this morning. I was really disappointed that someone had come in behind us last night and used the wood lathe and didn't clean up after themselves. Bruce and Karen and I put in a number of hours last night trying to shift and move some of the woodworking area around. It is all cleaned up, again. Moral of the story, I am not your mother, your janitor, or your rule enforcer, but if you don't clean up after yourself I will not be very friendly (that was the nice way of saying I'll go ballistic on your ass if you dont clean up after yourself). This is not your own private shop but a community where we all work together and if one person is not cleaning up after themselves then the whole community suffers.
Shop rule is: Leave it cleaner than you find it.
